My paintings are based on the concepts of existentialism and metaphysics. Sources of inspiration include philosophers, writers and poets like Camus, Kierkegaard, Beckett, Nietzsche, Heidegger, Levinas, Kafka and Borges. The recurring themes in my works are solitude, despair and wonder.
